Next morning we decided to explore Southern India's highest peak 'Doddabetta'. We packed our bags and started the expedition. On the foot hills we coud see some vistors hiring taxis for the steep uphill climb. On the contarary we daredevils decided against it. We did not wan't to miss out the beauty of the journey in the haste of reaching our destination.
It was a mammoth standing in front of me. It was the biggest tree I had ever seen in my life. It is the main attraction of the Botanical garden in Ooty. The sun blazing in its full glory in the background, makes this tree look divine. The silver lining around it supplemented its magnificence.
It was 4 A.M. when we reached our destination. I was so mesmerized by the beauty that I forgot all my tribulations before the journey had begun. The fatigue turned into thrill and excitement of holding my camera and setting out for a new escapade. Both my comrades ran out of energy and went to sleep. But I could not miss that morning as if there was no tomorrow. I opened the skylight of my hotel room and it was so scenic. I opened my bag. Took out the camera and rushed to the lake in front of my hotel. I just couldn’t let the mist vanish. There I go clicking again and again…
